Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. Especially the new guy at the desk. Great customer service. This is how it use to be! This store should be a model for the chain! Very happy w/ the outcome and will be back !

Absolutely ridiculous service. I scheduled an appointment for my car, expecting that my time would be respected. When I arrived, I was told I would have to wait over an hour because the shop was crowded. The worst part? Most of those people didn't even have an appointment—they were just walk-ins. What is the point of having an appointment system if you are just going to prioritize walk-ins and make scheduled customers wait? It is completely unprofessional to offer reservations if you lack the management skills to respect them. My time was completely disrespected. Do not go here

I call meineke this morning about a part Dave at meineke on 24th and Vare av.said on Saturday that after a test drive the car needed a flange that he could hear it that that was the problem along with a cheap jbweld job that looks worst then generic. I didn't get a call back I called then Dave said he check and call me back. He did saying he's waiting on the part. I got mo update its Wednesday I called to inquire he sounded to me like a smerk laugh that the part might get in on Friday. Today is Wednesday morning. If I owed meineke money they would not like that. How can o not feel that as a paying customer meineke is treating me in a dishonest way. Now I feel meineke defrauding me and just want me to leave them alone with a horrible job and me with a car in worst shape then when I brought in. Also a new scratch on my left front wheel area no one owns up to. 2 friends saying need to escalate to corporate. Let them be informed I hoped that Dave was genuine in helping my extremely poor unprofessional service. I very disappointed in him today. Is this all meineke locations or just 24th and Vare . Im getting past upset and understanding I'm getting mad now. No communication by them. I

Went to meineke last year by referral. For crack flex pipe. They said only one Crack cost $100 something. Turns out the other 2 was Crack. So he wanted to know if I wanted it done. Why didn't you see those last time. I said no. This time referral again telling me they would do a better job. I reluctantly went price was doable. Left my car said it be done they forgot next day was the run around guy does a make shift job using a jbweld type thing looks like a job from a street mechanic would do unprofessional. Now my car is worst. Aaron says he don't want to do jobs went people bring in the parts anymore . Guy at desk crying walking away from my complaints talking he had bypass can't take complaints. Now I'm calming him down and I'm out my money and my car is worst off And it has a new scratch the guys says he knows nothing about it saying the have cameras all over. The original manager Dave came in Saturday when the mechanic said he'd find out where the problem was. Dave took drive with me . He said he know what the problem is ... a flange he call for the part and call me back Saturday same day ..no call I called him Sunday said he call me later. Left message still waiting for p

Dear Meinike Auto Shop, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location, 2401 Vare Ave, Philadelphia, PA. On Saturday morning, I dropped off my vehicle, a blue Kia K5 2023, for a wheel alignment at approximately 7:48 am. When I arrived, I was informed that several cars were ahead of me and offered the option to wait or leave and return later. I chose to leave, asking if my vehicle would definitely be serviced that day. The staff assured me that it would be completed, although they could not provide an exact or estimated time, which I understood. Around 2:40 pm, I received a phone call from your shop. The staff member explained that the shop was running behind and that my car might not be finished unless I chose to come pick it up and bring it back another day. Since my vehicle had been there all day, I requested that the work be completed that same day, and I was told that it would be. I was also told the shop would be closing around 4:30 pm, and the employee assured me he would ensure the job was done before then. I did not get his name at the time. Later, at 5:30 pm, I arranged to be picked up and come to the shop to wait until my vehicl
